Capsule

The problem Capsule addresses is that AI interactions can sprawl. Context, source material, decisions, and permissions can blur until nobody is sure what was inside the interaction or what should be allowed to leave it.

The product direction is a bounded interaction space: a controlled context where scope, material, and movement rules stay explicit.

Today Capsule is not a live product. M1D explains the intended outcome: make AI interaction easier to inspect and contain without turning containment into unchecked authority.

What exists today is public explanation and bounded interest. Partially complete status means the containment problem and product direction are described, not that capsule workflows can be created here.

Planned Capsule work would need to support scoped interaction, material boundaries, movement review, and owner-visible limits. Aspirational Capsule work may later participate in wider trusted system flows.

The limit is explicit: this website does not store visitor capsule material, run capsule workflows, create AI sessions, or expose contained records.

A bounded context can help people reason with AI, but containment alone is not trust. Trust depends on knowing what can enter, what can leave, who can inspect movement, and what remains local.

Future Capsule work would therefore need movement discipline: material remains inside the bounded context unless a receiving boundary is allowed to accept it.

If contained work later becomes durable shared structure, it would still require governed admission. Public explanation remains separate from that authority.
